Refund Policy

Business Name: Baked by Bri LLC

Location: Conestoga, Pennsylvania

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Baked by Bri LLC (“the Bakery,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms.

Custom Luxury, Special Occasion, and Dessert Orders

  • All cakes and desserts are made-to-order and custom-designed, and are therefore refundable only up to 50% of the total cost if cancelled less than 2 weeks of the due date.

  • Preparations for all custom orders begin at 2 weeks, which is why the deadline for a full refund is greater than 2 weeks.

Retainers & Payments

  • A refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure production time.

  • Any payments made beyond the retainer may be considered for refund only if cancellation occurs prior to the final payment due date, and solely at the Bakery’s discretion.

  • Full refund given if cancelled 2 weeks prior. 50% refund if cancelled under 2 weeks for any reason.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks of the due date are eligible for a full refund including the deposit.

  • Cancellations submitted under 2 weeks of the due date are eligible for 50% refund including the deposit.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Event Date Changes

  • Requests to change an event date are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • If the Bakery is unavailable for the requested new date, the order will be treated as a cancellation.

  • Approved date changes may result in additional fees reflecting updated production or scheduling requirements.

Delivery, Setup, and Pickup Fees

  • Delivery, setup, and travel fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or the order has left our possession.

  • Missed pickup appointments, delays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the client do not qualify for refunds.

Quality and Acceptance

  • Clients are encouraged to review their order at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • Any concerns regarding quality or condition must be communicated immediately upon receipt.

  • Once an order has been accepted, displayed, cut, or consumed, no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued.

  • Flavor preferences are subjective and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Care, Handling, and Environmental Conditions

  • The Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, or environmental factors, including but not limited to heat, humidity, venue conditions, or acts of guests.

  • Such circumstances are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Force Majeure

  • In the rare event the Bakery is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control—including severe weather, power outages, illness, or acts of God—liability shall be limited to a refund of payments made at the Bakery’s discretion.

Governing Law

  • This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
